Safety Advisories
On May 18, 2016, Graco Children’s Products Inc. issued a voluntary Safety Advisory in Canada concerning certain Graco booster seats. Further information pertaining to the Advisory that is being issued in Canada can be found on Transport Canada’s website at www.tc.gc.ca/eng/motorvehiclesafety/safedrivers-childsafety-notices-menu-907.htm
Graco is providing this important safety advisory to inform you that on certain Turboboosters seats, the printed instructions in the owner’s manual are missing information required by CMVSS 213.2 which states that the booster seat, even when unoccupied, must be firmly secured to the vehicle. If a collision occurs, an unoccupied and unsecured booster seat may strike other occupants and cause injury. The booster seats affected by this advisory are:

In Canada, 9,948 of these Graco booster seats were sold between April 2016 and May 2016.
All registered owners will receive a letter containing instructions on how to download the missing instructions or new owner’s manual for their affected boosters.
