Potential Problem: Over 60 years ago, Graco Children’s Products Inc. (“Graco”) was founded based on a commitment to safety through innovative design, durability and with the best intentions in mind of loving parents and caregivers. It is because of this commitment, Graco, in cooperation with Health Canada, is announcing a voluntary recall of the Graco Table2Table 6-in-1 Highchair. This highchair is a 6-in-1 convertible product that converts to various modes from a traditional highchair to a toddler seat. The rear leg(s) can pivot, posing a potential fall hazard to the child.
